IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
We wrote this policy to help you understand what information we collect, the purposes for which we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have regarding your information.
Your privacy is critically important to us. At Shopy2Go we have a few fundamental principles:
- We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
- We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
- We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
Below is our privacy policy which incorporates these goals:
1. Website Visitor
Like most website operators, Service collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Service’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Service’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Service may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Service also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for visitors to our websites. Service only discloses IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
2. First Up, We Want You to Know This:
You control your personal information on the Shopy2Go platform. We will never disclose your email address, transaction history, or other information to any other third party for their marketing purposes without you first authorizing that third party to access such information. This allows you to use the Shopy2Go Service and Shopy2Go platform without receiving a whole lot of direct marketing you don’t want.
3. Why Do We Have This Privacy Policy?
All companies that you do business with choose whether and how they want share your personal information. Federal law gives you the right to limit some, but not all, of that sharing. Federal law also requires companies to tell you how they collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
